Dispatch | Bespoke Orders
At this time Amore Designs website only accommodates for shipping to the UK. However, we are able to ship internationally using our direct invoicing and pay link method. Should you wish to purchase from us and is situated outside of the UK, please contact us with your enquiry.
We aim to dispatch all orders (apart from bespoke - see below) - within 2 working days.
Majority of our items are handmade and might need to be made to order should we not have any readily available in stock, meaning this timeframe above may be extended up to 7 days, depending on the product ordered.
All payments must be received and authorised before shipment. We will only ship to the address you provide in your order.
Bespoke Items
As you can appreciate, custom made items will require additional time to be made, sized and designed.
During this time, Amore Designs will be communicating with the person who ordered the item, so we can ensure the design and piece is of satisfactory standards and expectations. Most of the time, Amore Designs takes guidance from the customer to help them design their own product / jewellery. Communication will be via email, telephone or messenger.
Dispatch for bespoke products can take anything from 5 to 7 working days, to be made and ready for dispatch, delivery. - subject to piece.
Prior to ordering a bespoke item, it is vital that you ensure you have checked the sizing to suit your requirements - Please see size guide at the bottom of this page for your reference in relation to Jewellery.
A non refundable small deposit will apply when ordering bespoke items. *Deposit depends on item and costs
All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.
We will only ship to the address you provide
All shipping costs are the customers responsibility and will be charged inline with the Royal Mail prices, based on their sizes, weight and packaging guidance's.

For heavier and bigger items such as Artwork for example, a different fee with be charged, based on Royal Mail and other shipping providers rates.
We only provide 24hr Tracked or 48hr Tracked delivery service, provided by Royal Mail for our regular items, to ensure that the customer receive their order and for insurance purposes to cover our customers and business. We may on occasions have to use another shipping provider such as Parcelforce, DPD for example - should Royal Mail not be able to accommodate delivery of certain products.

Please note: once items have been shipped, they are no longer our responsibility and we have no control over the timescales after dispatch and the delivery has been arranged by Royal Mail.
Items not received, but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form.
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
Amore Designs cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Late or lost deliveries
We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing due to accidents or errors caused by third party shipping companies (whether Royal Mail or other). We try keep all proof of delivery, including tracking numbers, which we are happy to supply as requested. All shipments are insured up for their relevant value where possible using Tracked delivery.
Cancellation or amendment of your Order
You are entitled to cancel or amend your recent order, that you have placed with us either online or via our social media platforms. However, you MUST cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order notifying us via email or by communicating with us using our website contact form or by direct message on our social media portals.
Some of our pieces that are handcrafted, are produced right away once an order has been placed.
There will be a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund, in the event you need to cancel your order and do not provide the required notice timeframe. _ subject to production status!
Should your order be a Bespoke piece, you will be charged a non-refundable deposit of £5.00 or cost of materials.
Digital products are non refundable. You can not cancel a digital download order and will be charged for your item.
Returns
We regret to inform you that we that we do not accept any returns, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

- Beauty, Healthcare Products - due to hygiene reasons
- One of a Kind Products
- Artwork
How do I return an item?
First things first - please reach out to us, should you have any problems with you purchase.
Contact us via the contact form or email directly amoredesigns.leicester@gmail.com to report your problem with your We aim to respond back to your query within 7 working days, from receipt of your email.
Who is responsibility is it to return an item?
Due to the item being faulty - Amore Designs will pay for the return of the product.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Should the item not be fixed, due to damage or fault.
All returns must be in an unworn, unmarked, as new condition and complete in original packaging. If the items show any wear, beyond what may be result of handling, a deduction will be made from your refund.
Please post the parcel back to us and obtain a free proof of posting receipt. We recommend that you used 48hr Tracked or Signed for service, to ensure that your item arrives back to us, so we can issue you with a full refund *subject to condition of product.
We recommend that you take a copy of your dispatch note before returning it with your items. Please keep hold of your tracking details until you have received your refund.
We regret that we cannot take responsibility for items that fail to reach us or are insufficiently wrapped.
We aim to refund items within 7 working days of receipt.
Please note: For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are not returnable once opened or other health & body care products and bespoke or sale items.
Condition of Returns / Faulty Items?
Some of our products are very delicate, therefore very occasionally we do have faulty items. If this happens to you, please do get in touch via email with your order details, description and photographic images or a video of the faulty product to amoredesigns.leicester@gmail.com
We in this instance can arrange for a free collection to return the faulty item.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Upon reporting the item as faulty or damaged, we require photo/video evidence, in order to approve a return and refund.
Returns Address
Once you have reported your faulty item and requested your returns with us, and it has been approved (with photo or video evidence of damage / fault) - Amore Designs shall email you and provide you with a returns address to send the item back to.
Refunds
We do not refund Crystal Specimens, Artwork, Bespoke & One of a kind pieces, earrings or healthcare, beauty products (due to hygiene reasons).
Digital products are non refundable.
Once we have received, checked and approved your item for a refund. We will issue you a full refund of the item only (not including shipping!) to the buyer and the account they made payment from. (subject to confirmation)
We aim to administer the refund to within 3 working days upon receipt of your item - subject to policy.
Warranty - Jewellery | Bespoke | Repairs
Shop with confidence - Amore Designs Jewellery comes with a 3 month warranty for peace of mind; during this period, we will repair or replace (if needed or possible), any piece of jewellery (bespoke Jewellery can not be replaced), showing manufacturing defects at no cost to you - apart from shipping cost - which you are responsible for paying, in order for me to receive and fix and return the item.
Kindly note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect storage, or accidents that result in scratches or damaged settings.
Fair wear and tear is not a fault and you have no right to return or refund, if a problem arises because of failure to follow any care instructions you were given on purchase as this will fall under misuse.
Repairs
Should you require to use our services of repairs, alterations or fixing of your costume Jewellery - please do not hesitate to contact us, to see if we can provide a service to you for a small fee. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.*postage fees apply both ways

Wix.com Ltd is the hosting site we use and therefore are bound by their payment rules and regulations and that of the UK Law.
Wix Payments accepts majority of major credit cards- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. Depending on location and authority various other methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Pay Now by Klarna, maybe available.

Rings
Rings are measured using several different methods. The most common you’ll come across, and those that we tend to stock, are UK, European and US.
Some of our rings are handmade and adjustable.
A ring should fit comfortably so that, after initially putting it on, you no longer feel it. It should not be tight or restrictive, nor should it be too loose for risk of it falling off.
When sizing a ring, it is worth considering several factors:
Thickness: A thicker ring will displace more of your finger, creating a tighter fit than a thinner band. If you are certain of the size in a thinner band, we’d suggest going half a size or possibly a size bigger
Temperature: In warmer weather our fingers swell, in the cold they contract. A ring that fits in winter might feel a little more snug on holiday in a hotter climate. When trying on a ring consider the temperature of your hands. We recommend trying a ring for size when your hands are at a moderate temperature.
Other rings: Like a thicker band, wearing additional rings on the same finger will create a tighter. We often suggest wearing a slightly bigger ring closer to your hand and a tighter one further away. This will hold both in place and retain comfort.
Finger shape: A wider knuckle might require a tighter ring which is slightly difficult to push over the knuckle, but fits nicely at the base of your finger.
If in doubt, visit one of our stores where a colleague will be able to size your finger exactly.
Necklaces
The length is a key factor in determining style. Different lengths will be appropriate for different people and places of wear.
Standard lengths are listed below, although we do offer bespoke sizes on custom orders.
Thickness can also determine the style of a necklace, as well as the presence and size of a pendant. These are both things to consider when choosing the perfect necklace. A thicker chain will tend to be heavier and may not be suited for a very long necklace, and a low-hanging pedant will lengthen the appearance of the necklace.
Bracelets
We offer bracelets in various styles including chains, stretch cord, cotton macrame and bangles, some are adjustable or features different fastenings.
For this reason, it is difficult to provide a set size guide for bracelets, however we have provided the following chart as an approximate guide for how a bracelet should fit.
Use a tape measure to take a tight wrist measurement, then use the chart below to find the recommended bracelet size. For example, if your wrist measures 17 cm then a 19 cm bracelet will provide a comfortable fit*.
