Here are some Frequently Asked Questions and answers from Amore Designs.

  • How do I know what size Jewellery to order?
    Please refer to your Jewellery Sizing Guide, for a better understanding of our jewellery sizing and how to measure.
  • Do you make custom Jewellery sizes?
    We offer a wide range of sizes in our jewellery. For bracelets we generally offer 6.5" to 8" in length. If you need anything smaller or larger, contact us and we can make a custom size for you! Our necklaces range from 14" to 32". Again, if you need a different length, just let us know.
  • Where do you Ship to?
    Shipping is provided to the UK only, at this time.
  • Do You Offer Free Shipping?
    We only now provide free shipping when running a promotion or customers spend over £50.00 with us. Unfortunately, due to rising inflation and shipping costs, we had to make the difficult decision to charge our customers for the service of delivery.
  • How Much Is Shipping?
    Unfortunately, due to rising inflation and shipping costs, we had to make the difficult decision to charge our customers for the service of delivery. We only now provide free shipping when running a promotion or customers spend over £50.00 with us. We base all our costs from the Royal Mail prices. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48hr Tracked Shipping in the UK. Depending on the delivery service you require, the weight, size of the product and packaging required to ship the product/products - prices can vary. I aim to try keep costs, as low as possible and try to use packagaing to reflext this.
  • How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
    We usually process orders within 48 hours - unless you have ordered a custom piece, therefore extra time would be required to handcraft, dispatch and ship the product to you. Usually for Bespoke items, we say allow up to 10 -14 days including delivery, however we it depends on your item being made, quanity and other factors. Royal Mail state that they can not guarantee delivery times on Tracked 24 / 48hrs post. This is our preferred method of shipping, as it provides tracking and insured benefits. To Track your Order -- Please log onto the royal mails website and use their tracking facilities. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item Should you have any problems and have not recieved your item within a 10 days - please contact us, where we can log a complaint with Royal Mail and issue you with a refund.
  • Do you offer discounts on your products?
    Generally our prices are fixed, so that we can focus on bringing you the best products and customer service. Occasionally we offer discounts on our products, when running special promotions ie: on Mothers Day, Christmas etc, for example. We do have a Clearance & Offers Section on our Shop, for you to take advantage off. Some items maybe one of a kind or limited edition, therefore once they are gone, they are gone! We also provide promotions exclusively to our VIP Club members who have joined our quarterly newletter. - if you wish to join up, please scroll down to the bottom of this page and enter your email to join.

  • Payment Options
    We accept all major debit and credit card payments which are processed through PayPal or Stripe secure payment gateway. Credit Card Security Credit/debit card details are collected by a secure payment gateway. Amore Designs does not store your credit/debit card information.
  • Warranty - Jewellery | Bespoke
    All Amore Designs Jewellery comes with a 3 month warranty for peace of mind; during this period, we will repair or replace (if possible - bespoke Jewellery can not be replaced) any piece of jewellery showing manufacturing defects at no cost to you - apart from shipping cost - which you are responsible for paying, in order for me to receive and fix and return the item. ​ Kindly note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect storage, or accidents that result in scratches or damaged settings. ​ Fair wear and tear is not a fault and you have no right to return or refund. if a problem arises because of failure to follow any care instructions you were given on purchase as this will fall under misuse.
  • Returns & Refunds
    We regret to inform you that we that we do not accept any returns or exchanges, unless the item is damaged or faulty. - Should this be the case, please follow our returns guidance, for a refund in our Store Policy section. Please note: For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are not returnable once opened or other health & body care products and bespoke or sale items.
